Feel the idyllic charm of Ie Island

Ie island is well served by ferries from Motobu port.  Ferries run up to every hour in peak seasons.  The trip to Ie island takes around 30 minutes.  Mt. Gusuku, 172m, is in the center of the island dominating the sky.  From the top, you can see the entire Ie Island and Motobu Peninsula. The Ie island lily festival is held from late April to early May. Around 1 million easter lilies carpet Lily field park in white.
